摘 要:目的 :研究大孔树脂吸附纯化沙棘籽渣总黄酮的条件及参数。方法 :比较了 3种大孔树脂对沙棘籽渣总黄酮的吸附性能 ;以沙棘籽渣总黄酮的得率和纯度为考察指标 ,对大孔树脂吸附纯化沙棘籽渣总黄酮的工艺进行筛选。结果 :D10 1大孔树脂对沙棘籽渣总黄酮的吸附性能最好 ,达 63 .0 0mg·g- 1湿树脂 ,D10 1大孔树脂对沙棘籽渣总黄酮吸附纯化的最佳条件为 3 0 %乙醇作为洗脱剂 ,树脂投量与生药比 2∶1,径高比 1∶10 ,溶剂用量与生药比10∶1,吸附时间 3h。通过本工艺沙棘籽渣总黄酮的得率达 2 .3 9% ,纯度达 64.81%。结论 :工艺简便 ,树脂再生容易。Objective: To study the conditions and pa ra meters of purifying total flavonoids from seed residue of H. rhamnoides . Method: Absorption capacity of three resins for tot al flavonoids was com pared. With the yield and purity as indexes, the process of absorbing and purifying total flavonoids from seed residue with D101 macroporous resin absorb ent was selected by orthogonal design. Result: The D101 re sin was the best of t he three resins and its absorption capacity was determined to be 63.00 mg·g -1 wet r esin. The optimum process condition was 30% ethanol as eluting solvent, wet resi n vs crude herbs: 2∶1, diameter vs height: 1∶10, eluting solvent vs crude h erbs: 10∶1, absorbing time for 3 h. The yield of total flavonoids fro m seeds residue of H. rhamnoides by this process was 2.39%, and the purity rea ched 64.81%. Conclusion: The process is simple and conveni ent and the regeneration of resin is easy. So this method of purification is advisable.
