兰索拉唑对大鼠出血-休克应激性胃溃疡的防治作用

摘　　要：目的:研究兰索拉唑对大鼠出血-休克所诱发的应激性胃溃疡的防治作用。方法:大鼠麻醉后按每200 g体重3 ml放血,诱发出血-休克应激性胃溃疡,观察静脉注射兰索拉唑(15 mg/kg,30 mg/kg,60 mg/kg)对胃溃疡指数和胃黏膜的影响,并与奥美拉唑(30 mg/kg)及生理盐水组相比较。结果:与生理盐水组相比,不同剂量兰索拉唑组大鼠胃溃疡指数明显降低(P<0.05或0.01),胃黏膜细胞损伤程度显著减轻(P<0.05或0.01),且有良好的量效关系。同等剂量下,兰索拉唑和奥美拉唑的抗溃疡作用相似。结论:兰索拉唑对大鼠出血-休克应激性胃溃疡具有良好的防治作用。Aim: To investigate the protection of lansoprazole against gastric stress ulcer induced by hemorrhagic shock in rats. Methods ;The hemorrhage-shock gastric stress ulcer was induced by removing 3ml of blood per 200 g body wt from the carotid artery in anesthetized rats. The effects of lansoprazole( 15,30,60 mg/kg) intravenously on ulcerous index and gastric mucosal damage were observed,and compared with omeprazole (30 mg/kg)and Saline. Results: It was showed that lansoprazole at the dose of 15 , 30 , 60 mg/kg significantly inhibited the formation of gastric ulcer( P < 0. 01) and diminished the gastric mucosal damage(P < 0. 01 ) , and there was a good dose-effect relationship. The efficacy of lansoprazole was similar to that of omeprazole in protecting gastric mucosa from necrotic damage in the equivalent dose. Conclusion: Lansoprazole has a good protective effect against hemorrhage-shock gastric stress ulcer.
