摘　　要：目的　了解嫖娼人员对艾滋病的认知和相关性行为 ,为健康促进提供信息。方法　对 2 0 0 2年 1 0月到 2 0 0 3年 3月上海市某收容教育所收容的 3 60名嫖娼人员进行问卷调查。结果　嫖娼人员的艾滋病知识水平较低 ,对艾滋病的严重性和传播途径认识不够 ;文化程度和初婚年龄与艾滋病知识水平呈正相关 ;嫖娼人员对艾滋病缺乏风险意识 ,性行为存在高度危险 ;精神因素是嫖娼人员从事商业性性活动的重要因素。结论　针对嫖娼人员的健康促进亟需大力加强 ,重点应放在艾滋病的知识宣传和避孕套的普及上 ,要重视高危人群的精神需求。Objective To investigate the KAP among the clients of prostitutes in Shanghai. Methods A questionnaire survey was conducted among 360 clients of prostitutes in custody, aged 18～59, 90.6% of them being in the 20～49 age group, 51.1% of them being Shanghai residents. 45.6% with junior middle school education, 59.2% being married, 54.8% drinking and 80.1% smoking, and about 80% of them with an income between 500～5000 yuan RMB. Results 69.7% of them knew that AIDS has a high mortality. 91.1% of them knew the sexual transmission of HIV. 36.4% of them knew all the 3 transmission routes of HIV. 17.8% of them considered that kissing transmits HIV. 54.5% of them did not know that HIV-infected persons may have no symptoms. 41.0% of them used condom in extramarital sex. Multivariate regression analysis showed that educational level and age of first marriage were positive correlated with AIDS knowledge (t=6.687 ,P=0.000 and t=2.167,P=0.031).Conclusion The clients of prostitutes in Shanghai still lack AIDS knowledge. The condom use rate is still low.
