摘　　要：目的　调查沈阳市宾馆、洗浴中心女性服务员预防艾滋病 /性传播疾病知识、信念、行为状况。方法　随机抽取 62 1名宾馆、洗浴等公共场所女从业人员 ,以问卷的形式开展调查。调查对象中 ,76 5 %的年龄在 2 0～ 3 0岁之间 ,65 7%为高中文化程度 ,3 6 3 %已婚 ,80 4%来源于本市。结果　 70 %以上的服务员了解艾滋病的传播途径 ,5 4 3 %的人认为共用浴巾能传播艾滋病 ,74 5 %认为蚊虫叮咬能传播艾滋病。 89 0 %的人认为健康比金钱更重要。 5 3 %的人表示不愿意和艾滋病感染者接触 ;1 2 6%的人对艾滋病患者持同情及可怜态度。3 8 2 %的人认为使用避孕套不能预防艾滋病。 72 8%的人表示愿意接受艾滋病的检查。一半以上的人从大众传媒获取艾滋病 /性传播疾病的信息。结论　沈阳市宾馆、洗浴中心女性服务员缺乏必备的艾滋病 /性传播疾病知识。Objective To investigate the KAP towards AIDS/STD among the stewardesses of hotels and bath centers in Shenyang, Liaoning Province. Methods A questionnaire survey was conducted among 621 stewardesses of hotels and bath centers in Shenyang,76.5% being 20～30 years old, 65.7% with the level of senior middle school education , 36.3% being married, and 80.4% being residents of this city, selected by random sampling. Results The correct answer rate of the HIV transmission routes was over 70.0%, however, 54.3% and 74.5% of the respondents believed sharing bath towel and mosquito bite transmit HIV respectively. 89.0% of the respondents regarded health more important then money. 5.3% of them expressed they were not willing to contact their HIV-infected friends, 12.6% of them showed sympathy to people living with AIDS. 38.2% of them did not believe the condom prevent HIV transmission. 72.8% expressed their willingness to accept HIV examination. More than half of them got their knowledge on AIDS/STD from mass media. Conclusion The female stewardess of hotels and bath centers in Shenyang still lack necessary knowledge about AIDS/STD. Their attitudes towards people living with AIDS remain to be improved.
