摘 要:本文通过对粉煤在气固两相流化床中分布情况的研究,找到了影响流化床层密度的粉煤粒级。在分选过程中,流化床内的粉煤将不断积聚,从而导致床层密度的降低。对此,本文采取了分流与介质补加的办法,以保持床层密度的稳定性,并建立了有关数学模型。In this paper on the basis of studying the distribution of fine coal in the dense medium fluidized bed, the optimal range of fine coal has been found, which together with the dense medium constitutes a fluidized bed. In the separation process the fine coal in fluidized bed will be continuously accumulated, thus inevitably reducing the density of the bed. In order to keep bed density stable, the authors adopted such measures as split-flow of used medium and complement of fresh dense medium. Experiments showed that these measures are effective, and the results obtained are satisfactory.
