活性炭负载磷钨酸催化合成烷基溴

摘　　要：研究以正十二醇等为主要原料 ,在活性炭负载磷钨酸催化剂作用下 ,与 40 %氢溴酸反应 ,合成了系列烷基溴 ,考察了催化剂用量、反应物配比、反应时间、反应温度等因素对产率的影响 ,研究发现合成的适宜条件是 :反应温度 1 1 0℃ ,反应时间 6h,nC1 2 H2 5OH∶nHBr=1 0∶2 0 ,催化剂用量为WC1 2 H2 5OH∶W催化剂 =1 0∶1 ,正十二烷基溴产率达 91 8%。Alkyl bromides was prepared on the basis of alcohol and hydrobromic acid by phosphotungstic acid supported on active carbon(HPW/C),the factors influencing the yield were investigated,the suitable preparation conditions of 1-bromodecane were determined:reaction temperature 110℃,reaction time 6h,molar ratio n C 12 H 25 OH∶n HBr =1.0∶2.0,amount of catalyst W C 12 H 25 OH∶W cat. =10∶1,The yield of 1-bromodecane was 91 8%.
