摘  要:Rice samples were scanned with a Foss Tecator Infratec and their amylose content was determinedusing a standard wet chemical method.Calibration software along with several mathematicaltreatments of the sample spectra and several regression methods was used to optimize a nearinfrared transmittance spectroscopy equation for determining rice amylose content.
