早产儿母乳喂养调查分析

摘　　要：[目的 ]了解早产儿出院后 4个月内母乳喂养状况及其影响因素。 [方法 ]采用回顾性调查法 ,对 2 0 0 0年 3月— 2 0 0 1年 3月我院新生儿科收治的早产儿及其母亲进行调查。 [结果 ] 4个月早产儿的母乳喂养率为2 9 .2 % ,其中纯母乳喂养率仅为 7.7%。 [结论 ]早产儿的母乳喂养率低 ,主要影响因素为母乳不足、早产儿吸吮力弱、母亲未掌握喂哺技巧。Objective: to find out the status quo of breast-feedi ng and influencin g factor of premature infants within 4 months after their discharging. Method: p rem ature infants born from March 2000 to March 2001 in our hospital and their mothe rs were investigated retrospectively. Result: the breast-feeding rate of prematu re infants of 4 months age was 29.2%. Among them, purely breast-feeding rate was only 7.7%. Conclusion: breast-feeding rate of premature infants is relatively l ow. Influencing factors of which include mainly as insufficient of breast milk, weak suction of premature infants, feeding skills of mothers, and longer periods of separation of mothers and their infants.
