摘  要:目的:评价切开复位加可塑型钛钢板治疗跟骨关节内骨折的疗效。方法:自2001年3月至2002年12月,共收治跟骨关节内骨折32例38侧。按Sander分型,Ⅱ型8侧,Ⅲ型23侧,Ⅳ型7侧。通过手术将后跟距关节面解剖复位,恢复Bohler角和Gissane角,并用跟骨可塑型钛钢板予以固定。结果:32例38侧获随访。随访时间5~20个月,平均14个月。按Maryland足部评分系统评估术后功能,本组38侧骨折中,优18侧,良15侧,可5侧,优良率为86.8%。结论:切开复位加可塑型钛钢板内固定,是治疗跟骨关节内骨折的一种好的选择。Objective To evaluate the effect of open reduction and internal fixation with plastic titanic alloy plate to treat intra-articular calcaneal fractures. Methods From Mar. 2001to Dec. 2002.38 intra-articular calcaneal fractures were treated by open reduction and internal fixation. According to Sander's classification, 8 sides were type Ⅱ,type Ⅲ 23 sides and type Ⅳ 7 sides. The posterior subtalar facet were redacted anatomically, and Border's angle, Gissane's angle reserved. The plastic titanic alloy plate were used in all cases. Results All cases were followed up for 14 months(5 - 20months)and evaluated according to Maryland Foot Score System. The hindfoot function were excellent in 18 sides, good in 15 sides and fair in 5 sides. The total excellent and good rate was 86. 8%. Conclusion Open reduction and internal fixation with plastic titanic alloy plate is a better choice to treat intra-articular calcaneal fractures.
