摘 要:布氏田鼠(田鼠)和达乌尔黄鼠(黄鼠)的肾脏指数即相对髓质厚度(RMT)分别为7.38±0.48,5.67±0.56。为消除两种鼠平均体重差异显著所造成的影响,对RMT进行调整,田鼠和黄鼠的RMT/BM^(-0.181)分别为3.65±0.42和2.23±0.18,说明前者比后者肾脏浓缩尿能力强。但黄鼠地理分布区大于田鼠,即黄鼠可分布到干早荒漠草原,田鼠则局限于典型干草原区。通过分析作者认为,冬眠使黄鼠逃避了水荒的胁迫。The relative medullary thickness(RMT)of Brandt's voles and ground squirrels are 7.38±0.48 and 5.76±0.56 respectively. There is significant difference between two mean body masses(BM) (P<0.01). We convert RMT to RMT/BM^(-0.181) to decrease effect of body size. The converted RMTs of Brandt's voles and ground squirrels are 3.65±0.42 and 2.23±0.18 respectively. The converted RMT of voles is larger than that of ground squirrels significiantly (T=8.38, P<0.01). This indicates that the capacity of concentrating urine of Brandt's voles is greater than that of ground squirrels. But in fact ground squirrels could distribute the arid areas where Brandt's voles could not live. Author suggests that ground squirrels hiberate to avoid these water stress periods(late autumn and early spring).
