摘　　要：目的观察眼镜蛇咬伤后血清 CK、 LDH、 AST活性的变化和蛇毒清胶囊对其的影响。　方法眼镜蛇咬伤 2 h内的患者 12 0例 ,随机分为 2个组 ,均给予常规治疗 ,治疗组加服蛇毒清胶囊 ,均以 7天为 1个疗程。分别于就诊时、咬伤后 2 4 h测定其血清酶学三项指标 :CK、 LDH、 AST的活性 ,比较 2组酶学的变化和临床疗效。　结果 2组患者在就诊时 (伤后 2 h内 )的酶学三项指标尚未出现明显异常 ,伤后 2 4 h三项指标均明显升高 ,对照组显著高于治疗组 ,治疗组疗效优于对照组 ( P <0 .0 5)。　结论蛇毒清胶囊能抑制眼镜蛇咬伤患者血清 CK、 LDH、A ST的升高 。Objective To observe the change of serum C K、LDH、AST in cobra bite patients and the effects of Sheduqing capsule on them Method 120 cases that bitten by cobras in 2 hours were divided randomly i nto two groups, all accepted regular treatment The treatment group was treated with sheduqing capsule in addition The therapeutic course lasted 7d Serum CK 、LDH、AST were tested on the first visit、the first 24h after snakebite To co mpare the clinic efficacy and the change of serum CK、LDH、AST between two group s Result The serum CK、LDH、AST of two groups was not significant differe nt a t first visit (within 2 hours cobra bite) The data arise at 24h after snakebite The data of control group was much higher than that of treatment gr ou p The clinic efficacy of treatment group was better than that of control group (P<0 05) Conclusion Sheduqing capsule could restrain the serum CK、LDH 、AS T of cobra bite patient from increasing significantly It suggested that sheduq ing capsule could prevent and treat tissue lesion of cobra bite patient \
