摘  要:本文对八氯二丙醚(S_2)原液及其所制蚊香进行毒性毒理学研究。结果表明,S_2属低毒物质,致突变试验阴性。S_2蚊香亦为低毒物质,但在Ames试验中,TA_(100)-S_9的2.0和4.0mg/L两个浓度出现阳性反应;小鼠DNA合成抑制试验,2.73mg/L浓度组对肺和睾丸的DNA合成有影响;蓄积系数K>8,为弱蓄积物质;亚急性毒性试验,各项指标无异常改变。Octachlorodipropylether(52) is a super synergist of synthetic pyrethroid.It has found favour in common people's eyes because of its lower cost and high effectivenes, withoat any tcxicity reported in S_2' mosquito-repcllent incense. In order to ensure safety and provide requisite scientific basic for opplication,we have studied S_2 and S_2' mosquito-repellent about the toxicity and the toxicology. The result shows S_2 belongs to lower toxicity substance and mntagenicity test is nagatire.The method of the gaseous state and the inhalation exposure has been taken in toxicity test of S_2' mosquito-repllent, and nodrug mosquito-repellent for control. S_2′ mosquitc-repllentbelongs to lower toxicity substance too,but Ames test showed positive reaction among TA_(98)+S_92.0 and 4.0mg/L concentrations, TA_(100)-S_9,1.0,2.0,4.0 and 3.0mg/L concentrations, TA_(100)+S_9 4.0 and 8.0mg/L concentrations.Assay of mouse DNA synthesis and inhibition, 2.73mg/L concentration group has n influence over DNA synthesis of mouse lungs and testicular cell. Acoumulation coefficient K>8, S_2mosquito is part of weak accumulation material,and unusual change is not found in subscute toxicity test.
