电热针治疗寒湿型坐骨神经痛的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的 观察电热针治疗寒湿型坐骨神经痛的疗效。方法 将64例寒湿型坐骨神经痛病人随机分为治疗组(电热针组)34例，对照组(毫针组)30例，各治疗2～3个疗程后观察疗效。结果 总有效率治疗组为94．12％，对照组为76．67％，经统计学检验治疗组总有效率高于对照组有显著性差异(P<0．05)。结论 电热针治疗寒湿型坐骨神经痛疗效肯定。Objective To observe the curative effect of electrical acupuncture on ischiodynia of cold-dampness type. Method To divided randomly 64 cases of ischiodynia of cold-dampness type into the treatment group (with electrical acupuncture, n=34) and the control group (with acupuncture of filiform needle, n=30) and observe the curative effect after 2 to 3 treatment courses. Result The total effective rate of the treatment group was 94.12% and that of the control group was 76.67%. the total effective rate of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group under the statistic test. The difference was significant (P<0.05). Conclusion Electrical acupuncture has a dependable curative effect on ischiodynia of cold-dampness type.
