摘　　要：运动员转会制是职业足球中的重要制度之一。我国足球职业化时间不长,运动员转会制度不完善,由此引发了诸多纠纷。本文拟通过对一些案例的分析,找出引发转会纠纷的原因,为进一步完善转会制度提供借鉴。Transferring system of athletes is one of the important systems in the professional football. Development of professional football in our country is short. Imperfect transferring system results in many disputes. This thesis gives the analysis to some cases in order to find the causes of these cases, providing advice for the further improvement of transferring system.
