摘　　要：在阐述新世纪竞技体育和群众体育内涵、构建体系的基础上,分析了二者之间的关系,旨在以协同发展的方式促进国民体质的提高。This paper, on the basis of elaborating the intension of competitive sport and the sport of the masses as well as the constitution system in the new century, analyses the relation between both, aims at raising the national physique in coordination.
