摘　　要：采用文献资料、信息查询等方法,对"健商"这一新概念的内涵、国民"健商"基本状况及提高国民"健商"的方法作了尝试性的研究与探讨。认为,"健商"是一种新健康文化概念;提高国民"健商"应更新学校体育基本理念,改革体育课程,加强学校体育环境的建设,加强学校、社会、家庭一体化建设,注重体育教师素养的提高。With the methods such as document information and information inquiry, this paper discusses the intension of this new concept of 'health quotient' and the basic condition of the people and the improvement methods. 'health quotient' is believed to be a kind of new healthy cultural concept; To raise it should update school sport basic concepts, reform physical education courses, reinforce the construction of school sport environments, strengthen the unification construction of school, society, family, emphasize the raising of sport teacher attainment.
