摘　　要：通过分析揭示1995年以来,中国大型医用设备配置与管理中存在的一系列问题,如:地方政府参与调控的积极性不高,政策不协调,管理滞后于工作需要,经验决策导致失误等。在此基础上,对完善和提高中国大型医用设备宏观管理提出了一些有针对性的意见和建议:改革管理体制,及时调整设备管理目录,加强配置许可证管理,尽快制定配置规划和标准,改善和提高管理决策水平。Based upon the review and analysis of management practices and policies in high tech medical devices since 1995 in China,the paper presented some problems in this field such as lower positivity and participation of local government,inconsistent policies,lagged management and experience based decision making,et al.Some options should be considered to correct the current situations.The management system should be reformed and the list of high tech medical devices under the regulation of MOH should be modified timely.The license management for high tech medical devices should be strengthened and the new allocation plan and benchmark should be mapped out as soon as possible to improve the management and decisison making in this field.
