摘　　要：麻醉质量对于麻醉医师来说包含多个方面:麻醉不能对手术病人有附加伤害影响,外科医师需要最优化的手术条件,医院要求成本与收入的平衡,医疗保险公司和政府则根据所提供的医护质量支付医疗费用。麻醉及围术期的结构、过程和结果的质量评估必须考虑这些要求。根据Deming“计划—实施—检查—处理”的循环管理模式,持续质量改进必须成为麻醉医师每天日常工作的组成部分。Quality in anesthesia has various aspects for the anesthesiologist.Anesthesia must not be additional detrimental to the patient, The surgeon needs optimal conditions to perform a procedure.The hospital must require optimal operating room utilization for balancing costs and income, Health insurance companies and the government are responsible for covering the cost of treatment according to the quality of the care delivered.These demands should be considered into quality assessment of anesthesia and perioperative structure, process and outcome.According to Deming’ s “ plan do check act cycle” , continuous quality improvement has to be part of anesthesiologist’ s everyday routine.
