雷公藤总甙在细胞周期多个阶段抑制T细胞增殖  

Suppression of T Cell Proliferation at Multiple Facets in the Cell Cycly by the Multiglycoside of Triperygium Wilfodii Hook F(T)

摘　　要：用小剂量 PHA(0.15μg/ml)诱导人 T 细胞从 Go 相进入 G_((?)a)和 G_((?)b)相,但不能进入 S 相和 G_2/M 相,和用人 rIL-2诱导上述活化的 T 细胞进入 S 相和 G_2/M 相作模型,用 AO 和 PI 染色在流式细胞仪上分析了雷公藤总甙 T Ⅱ对 T 细胞增殖反应的影响。结果表明 T Ⅱ在细胞周期 Go→G_(?),G_(?)→G_((?)b),G_(?)→S,和 S→G_2/M 多个关键点上抑制 T 细胞的增殖反应。Human T cells can be induced to enter into G1(G1a and G1b)phase,but not into S and G2/ M phases from G_0 phase by low—dose PHA(0.15μg/ml),and the low—dose PHA—activated T cells can by induced to enter into S and G2/M phases by rIL—2.By using this system the ef- fect of the multiglycoside of Tryperygium Wilfodii Hood F.(T)on T cell proliferation has been flowcytometrically analyzed.The data indicate that T inhibites T cell proliferation at the facets G_0—G1a,G1a—G1b,G1—S and S-G2/M in the cell cycle.
