摘 要: 讨论了高功率毫米波绕射辐射振荡器的高频特性。利用线性理论和PIC模拟相结合的方法对器件的高频特性进行了比较仔细的分析。分析结果表明,合理地选择电子注的参量(电流、电压)及高频结构的尺寸(波纹深度、半径、周期等)可以获得较高的输出功率并且具有较好的频谱纯度。The high-frequency characteristics of high-power millimeter-wave diffraction radiation generator are analyzed in detail using both linear theory and PIC method. This paper presents a method of mode selection. Results show that high-power millimeter wave with good frequency spectrum purity can be obtained by reasonably adjusting the operating parameters such as the electron beam's current, voltage and the high-frequency structure's depth, radius, period. Through analyses it can be found that the device with h=0.05cm can generate single-frequency and high-power radiation of 8mm wave band. Studies indicate that diffraction radiation generator with simpler structure can also generate single-frequency and high-power radiation of millimeter-wave band.
