摘 要:目的 :探讨常压下不同低氧 (14 5 %、12 6 %氧含量 )模拟高住低练对低氧诱导因子 1α(HIF - 1α)mRNA表达的影响 ,为运动与低氧适应提供理论依据。方法 :采用RT -PCR技术检测大鼠心肌HIF - 1αmRNA水平。结果 :与低住安静组和低住低练组比较 ,模拟海拔 30 0 0m急性模拟高住低练组和模拟高住低练组HIF - 1αmRNA表达均显著上调 ;模拟海拔 4 0 0 0m急性模拟高住低练组HIF - 1αmRNA表达显著上调 ,模拟高住低练组则无显著性差异 ,而显著性低于急性模拟运动组。提示不同海拔低氧刺激与运动对HIF - 1αmRNA表达的影响不同 ,30 0 0m海拔比 4 0 0Objective: To study the effects of simulated HiLo training in nomobaric condition and different low concentration of oxygen (14.5%, 12.6% O 2, respectively) on the expression of hypoxia-induced factor-1α in myocardium of rat in order to provide the theoratical basis for training and its adaptation. Methods: The expression of HIF-1α mRNA in myocardium of rat was determined by RT-PCR technique. Results: Comparing with Living-Low control group and Living Low-Training Low group, the expression of HIF-1α mRNA of Acute Living High-Training Low group and Living High-Training Low group (simulated 3000m) was up-regulated significantly; The expression of HIF-1α mRNA of Acute Living High-Training Low group (simulated 4000m) was up-regulated significantly with an exception of Living High-Training Low group, while lower than Acute Living-High training group. Conclusion: The results showed that the expression of HIF-1α mRNA was varied with the concentration of oxygen.The expression of HIF-1α mRNA was more significant at altitude 3000m than at altitude 4000m.
