摘　　要：集作者数十年研读中医学理论及临床经验之心得体会 ,对临床上的奇病怪病、疑难病证的诊治思路 ,应遵循的原则和灵活的辨证施治方法概括为四个方面 :一、阅深识广 ,理达博约 ;二、辨证准确 ,临证不误 ;三、治法随人 ,治有先后 ;四、遣药精当 ,平稳为上。并条分缕析 ,详加阐述 ,同时列举临证实例相互印证 ,有理有据 ,见解新颖 。For years' study of TCM's theories and clinical practice, the author has gained abundant experience and formed a style of his own diagnostic and treating thoughts on the rare and obstinate diseases, treating principles adhered to and flexible therapies based on syndrome differentiation, which are be summarize: a. reading widely, digesting thoroughly, classifying clearly and accepting critically; b. accurate syndrome differentiation and errorless treatment; c. therapy in accordance with diseases and along the course of their development and priority; d. proper application of drugs mild and stable in nature. All this newly-gained insights and experience is analyzed and described in detail in the paper with illustrations of specific cases the author has encountered in clinic.
