摘  要:在0.2mol/LNa2HPO4-KH2PO4(pH=6.82)支持电解质中 ,盐酸胺碘酮有一灵敏的极谱还原波 ,其峰电位VP= -1.30V(vsSCE) ,一阶导数峰电流IP 与盐酸胺碘酮的浓度在1.0×10 -7~2.0×10 -6mol/L呈良好的线性关系 (r=0.9975 ,n=11) ,检出限为5.0×10-8 mol/L ;采用标准加入法测定了片剂中盐酸胺碘酮的含量 ,其回收率在95.0 %~99.5 %之间 ;用多种电化学方法研究了盐酸胺碘酮的电化学行为 ,结果表明其电极过程为一具有吸附性和动力性的不可逆极谱波。实验测得电极反应的电子转移数、转移系数和参与电极反应的H +数分别为2、0.62和2。A sensitive derivative reduction peak of amiodarone hydrochloride(ADHC) in 0.2 mol/L Na2HPO4-KH2PO4(pH=6.82) supporting electrolyte was obtained by linear-sweep polarography. The linear range of the calibration curve was 1.0×10-7~2.0×10-6 mol/L(r=0.997 5) with a detection limit of 5.0×10-8 mol/L. The method has been successfully used for the determination of ADHC concentration in medical tablets. The standard addition recovery was 95.0%~99.5%. The electrochemical behavior of the system was studied by means of linear-sweep polarography and cyclic voltammetry. The results showed that the electrode process was an irreversible one with typical adsorptive and kinetic characteristics. The electron transfer numbers and the transfer coefficient of the electrode reaction as well as the proton numbers participating in it were found to be 2, 0.62 and 2, respectively.
