院前应用压宁定治疗高血压急症47例临床分析

摘　　要：目的 :评估院前应用压宁定治疗高血压急症的降压效果及安全性。方法 :4 7例高血压急症患者予以 2 5mg压宁定溶于 2 0ml液体内静脉注射 ,然后用 2 5mg压宁定加入 2 5 0ml液体中维持静滴 ;观察用药前后血压、心率的变化。结果 :血压在用药后 5min即明显下降 ,1 5min达到高峰并保持稳定 ;总有效率 97.9% (4 6 / 4 7) ;心率无明显变化。结论 :院前应用压宁定治疗高血压急症起效快 ,疗效显著 ,安全性高 ,副作用小 ,可作为首选降压药物之一。Objective:To evaluate the efficiency and safety of the treatment of hypertensive emergency by urapidil in pre-hospital.Methods:47 cases with hypertensive emergency were involved.Administration with intravenous injection of 25 mg urapidil dissolved in 20 ml liquid. And intravenous drip of 25 mg urapidil dissolved in 250 ml liquid.Observe the changes of blood pressure and heart rate at the time before injection and 5 min,15 min,30 min and 60 min after first administration.Results:Blood pressure immediately dropped 5 min after injection.And reached the maximal extent 15 min,and remain at the stable level during the behind time,and no reflexive tachycardia was seen. Conclusion:It's efficient and safe for urapidil to treat hypertensive emergencies in pre-hospital,and that remains one of the drug of choice.
