泛昔洛伟治疗带状疱疹临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的 :评价泛昔洛伟治疗带状疱疹的疗效和安全性 ,并与阿昔洛伟进行比较。方法 :采用随机单盲对照试验。结果 :入选临床疗效观察的带状疱疹病例共 80例 ,其中泛昔洛伟组 4 0例 ,阿昔洛伟组 4 0例。治疗结束时 ,两组总有效率均为 1 0 0 % ,泛昔洛伟组痊愈率为 92 .5 % ,阿昔洛伟组痊愈率为 87.5 % ,两组差异无显著性 (χ2 =0 .4 8,P >0 .0 5 ) ,两组不良反应发生率均很低。结论 :泛昔洛伟是治疗带状疱疹安全、有效。Objective:To evaluate the efficacy and safety of famciclovir versus Acyclovir in the treatment of herpes zoster.Methods:single-blind,randomized,conparative study was comducted.Results:80 patients were enrolled,including 40 cases in famciclovir group and 40 cases in Acyclovir group.The incidences of fully recovery of famciclovir and Acyclovir were 92.5% and 87.5% respectively.Adverse reactions were mild.Conclusion:Famciclovir is an effective and safe new drug in the treatment of herpes zoster.
