何首乌颗粒抗自由基作用的实验研究

摘　　要：目的 :探讨何首乌颗粒 (HeshouwuGranule ,HG)延缓衰老的作用机制。方法 :D 半乳糖连续腹腔注射制作亚急性衰老大鼠模型 ,检测大鼠血清中SOD的活性以及MDA的含量。结果 :D 半乳糖致亚急性衰老大鼠血清SOD活性下降、MDA水平升高 ,与正常组大鼠比较差异显著 (P <0 .0 1 ) ;经何首乌颗粒灌胃后 ,SOD活性升高、MDA含量下降 ,与亚急性衰老大鼠比较有明显差异 (P <0 .0 1 )。结论 :何首乌颗粒可显著提高亚急性衰老大鼠血清SOD活性及降低MDA含量 ,这些作用可能是何首乌颗粒延缓衰老的作用机制之一。Objective:To study the mechanism of Heshouwu Granule (HG) in delaying aging.Methods:The sub-acutelyaing rats were made by injecting D-gal into abdomianl cavity continually.The parameters of serum levels of SOD and MDA in rats were observbed.Results:The SOD level in serum decreased and MDA content in serum increased significantly in sub-acutelyaging rats compared with normal rats (P<0.01);after taking HG the SOD and MDA level reached the normal level.Conclusion:The HG can increase the SOD level and decrease the MDA level in serum of sub-acutelyaging rats.HG has its role of delaying aging.
