人工流产术前应用奥湿克最佳时间的探讨

摘　　要：目的　探讨人工流产术前应用奥湿克的最佳时间。　方法　采用前瞻性的随机对照研究方法 ,共有妇女 466人入选 ,随机分为 5组。对照组 ,负压吸宫前不加用任何药物 ;用药组分 0 .5、1、 2及 3 h共 4组 ,每组均空腹 1次口服奥湿克 2片 ,分别在服药后 0 .5、 1、 2、 3 h行负压吸宫术。　结果　在消除了混杂因素的影响后 ,3 h组宫颈扩张程度最大 (P<0 .0 0 5) ;0 .5、 1、 2、 3 h组 4组手术时间均比对照组明显缩短 (P<0 .0 0 5) ;0 .5、 1、 2 h组术中出血量均比对照组及 3 h组明显减少 (P<0 .0 0 5) ;0 .5h组术中疼痛程度最轻 (P<0 .0 5)。　结论　术前应用奥湿克应根据不同的目的选择用药时间。人工流产术前 3 0 min口服奥湿克对于缓解术中疼痛、减少术中出血量及缩短手术时间的效果最好 ,人工流产术前 3Objective To try to find out the best time to use Arthrotec before artificial abortion. Methods The study was a prospective randomized comparative trial.466 women were included and were divided into five groups randomly.In the control group,no drugs were given before the operation.The treatment groups were subdivided into four subgroups (0 5,1,2,3 h),and 2 tablets of Arthrotec were taken orally 0 5,1,2 and 3 hours before the operation respectively. Results After the effects of the confounding factors were eliminated,group 3 h demonstrated the greatest ease of cervical dilatation (P<0 005).Duration of operation was shortened in groups 0 5,1,2 and 3 h by comparison with the control group (P<0 005).Operative blood loss was greatly reduced in groups 0 5 h,1 h and 2 h compared with the control group (group 3 h) (P<0 005).Operative pain was relieved in group 0 5 h (P<0 05). Conclusion The time for preoperative using of Arthrotec should vary according to different purposes.The taking of Arthrotec 30 minutes orally before artificial abortion could achieve the best result for pain relieving,operative blood loss diminishing,and duration of operation shortening;while the taking Arthrotec of 3 hours orally before operation demonstrates the greatest ease of cervical dilatation.
