IgA肾病患者肾小管间质区α平滑肌肌动蛋白表达与胶原产生的相关性分析

摘　　要：目的探讨IgA肾病患者肾小管间质区α平滑肌肌动蛋白(α-SMA)表达与胶原产生的关系。方法采用免疫组织化学技术定量检测65例IgA肾病患者肾小管间质区α-SMA和胶原Ⅰ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ的表达水平。结果在IgA肾病患者肾小管间质区,α-SMA随着间质病变的加重而增加,胶原Ⅰ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ的表达水平与α-SMA的表达均呈正相关(r分别为0.855、0.744、0.864,均P<0.001)。结论肾脏间质细胞表达α-SMA是IgA肾病肾间质纤维化的一个重要步骤。Objective To quantitatively evaluate the expression of α-smooth muscle actin (α-SMA) and collagens in the renal tubulointerstitium of patients with IgA nephropathy and to explore its relationship to clinical pathology. Methods The levels of α-SMA and collagenⅠ, Ⅲ, Ⅳ were measured by immunohistochemistry in 65 cases with IgA nephropathy and the results were correlated with the clinicopathological data of the patients. Results The α-SMA levels in the renal tubulointerstitium were significantly increased with advancing of histopathological grade. The expression of tubulointerstitial α-SMA was significantly correlated with that of collagenⅠ, Ⅲ, Ⅳ (r=0.855,P<0.001;r=0.744,P<0.001; r=0.864,P<0.001 respectively). Conclusion α-SMA expression in renal interstitial cell may play an important role in mediating the tubulointerstitial fibrosis of IgA nephropathy.
