用与时俱进的思想指导政治工作实践

摘　　要：在全面建设小康社会的过程中 ,政治工作必须坚持与时俱进 ,用发展着的马克思主义指导新的政治工作实践。在这里 ,有四个方面的问题值得高度重视 :人们的需要层次有了提升 ,政治工作必须从满足生存、生理需要转向满足享受、发展需要 ;信息日益成为政治工作的基本支撑 ,信息素质将是政治干部的必备素质 ;互动共振将在更大的范围内发生作用 ,政治工作必须重视综合环境的治理 ;非权力影响上升为主导影响力 ,人格因素将在思想政治工作中占据突出的位置。In the process of building a well-off society in an all-around way, we must guide the new practice of political work with the spirit of keeping pace with the time, the developing Marxism. It is held in this paper that we should attach great importance to four aspects of questions. First, as the level of people’s needs is upgraded, political work should change from meeting the survival and physiological needs to satisfying the needs for entertainment and development. Second, as information has gradually become the basic support of political work, information quality should be regarded as one of the essential qualities of political cadres. Third, as interaction between people will play an ever increasingly important role, political work must pay more attention to the comprehensive environment among people. Finally, as non-power factors have become more and more important, personality should be set as a dominant factor in political work.
