摘　　要：随着数字技术的普及与发展,版权法在修订过程中不断向版权人利益倾斜,合理使用制度面临冲击与挑战。在网络时代,针对图书馆等非赢利性机构的合理使用原则仍应受到重视和保护,只有这样才能实现版权法所一贯坚持的版权保护与社会公众利益的平衡。Along with the popularization and development of digital technology, the copyright law is unceasingly inclined to the interests of copyright owners in the course of its amendment. Thus, the current system of its reasonable use is facing impact and challenge. In the internet era, the principle of a reasonable use of such non-profit institutions as libraries is still valued and protected. Therefore, the copyright of digital libraries should also be valued and protected. Only by doing so can a balance between the copyright protection, which the copyright law sticks to all along, and the public interest in society.
