摘  要:利用氯化钙试剂掺入海藻酸钠溶液中诱导分子链聚集形成自组装膜 ,研究钙离子对海藻酸钠自组装膜结构的影响。运用原子力显微镜 (Atomicforcemicroscope ,AFM )对不同浓度海藻酸钠在钙离子作用下的自组装膜进行成像 ,并结合红外谱图分析。当海藻酸钠浓度在 0 .0 1mg/ml和 0 .1mg/ml时 ,5mg/mlCa2 + 能很好的诱导海藻酸钠自组装膜 ,这种自组装结构呈现出典型的“蛋盒结构”。无机小分子通过与同种大分子的表面活性基团相互作用可以诱导高分子物质的自组装 ,这种自组装结构是一种非平衡状态下的耗散结构 ,自组装结构受高分子本身的性质与浓度、加入的小分子试剂的浓度、基片的性质以及外界温度等因素的影响。In order to research the effect of Ca 2+ on self-assembly films of sodium alginate, the self-assembly behavior of sodium alginate in the presence of calcium chloride is studied. The self-assembly films of sodium alginate incubated with Ca 2+ are imaged by atomic force microscope (AFM) and analyzed by FTIR spectra. Sodium alginate can form integrated self-assembly films with Ca 2+ (5 mg/ml) when its concentration arrives at 0.01 mg/ml and 0.1 mg/ml. At the same time, the typical ”egg box structure” appear. Self-assembly films are induced by the interaction between micromolecule and surface active group of macromolecule. The effects of different factors on the structure of self-assembly films are discussed in detail, including structure and concentration of macromolecules, concentration of Ca 2+, and so on. In addition, the theory of dissipative structure is used to explain the phenomenon too.
