摘 要:切削加工是一种重要的金属制造工艺,其中切削成型是一种典型的大变形问题。在对一类薄壁长壳工件的结构特点进行分析的基础上,通过分析铝合金零部件的加工过程,从材料、性能和加工方法选择几方面入手,介绍了机械加工的工作原理和技术特点,对关键技术进行了阐述和分析,提出一种综合车削和焊接的该类零件加工工艺。大量的实验研究证明了该实用工艺的可行性。Cutting is an important manufacturing process of metal. The chip formation in met cutting is one of the typical deformation problems. Based on the analysis of structural characteristics of a kind of thin-wall long shells, the machining process of aluminium alloy parts were analyzed. Base on the material and property and process method, the working-principle and technical characteristic were introduced. The key steps of this technique were presented and analyzed. A manufacturing process combing turning and welding for those parts was presented. Numerous experiments prove the feasibility of this applied process.
