摘　　要：介绍了国内外电源变换器的新发展,如国内民品、国外民品及航天产品的发展现状,采用主要新技术和新器件的情况,以及国内外电源变换器在电路、结构等诸多方面的进步,以利于化学与物理电源在空间电源控制器(PCU)和地面军、民品中应用的研究和开发。New development of the power converter was introduced in order to benefit to the chemical-physical power sources 's research and exploitation, which is used in the fields of the space power control unit and ground army-civil products. Development present situation of internal civil products, external products and space products were reviewed; the situation of new technology and new devices were described; the progresses of power converter at home and abroad in the fields of circuit and construction were explained.
