一次空分设备冷启动过程工况波动的原因分析

摘　　要：14 0 0 0m3/h空分设备在停车时 ,由于液氧取出阀V7没关严 ,造成主冷液位大幅度下降 ,冷启动过程中出现大幅工况波动。叙述了故障的情况 ,分析了原因 ,进行了经验总结。When the shutdown of 14000 m 3/h air separation unit occurred, the liquid oxygen drawing valve (V 7) was not closed tightly which resulted in the decrease of liquid level in the main condenser to a great extent. As a result, the operating conditions in the unit were fluctuated greatly during the course of cold start-up. The paper summarizes the experience dealing with the fault and analyzes the causes.
