摘　　要：本文通过自身的实践 ,强调对离心压缩机专业理论知识的学习 ,提高操作技能 ,了解机组的内部构造 ,掌握离心压缩机的宏观运行规律的必要性。叙述了利用传统的检测方法、结合先进的检测仪器、科学的逻辑思维方法来全面分析离心压缩机出现的各种故障的心得体会。The paper focuses on the personal experience to emphasize the importance of studying the theoretical fundamentals of a centrifugal compressor, promoting the operating skills, understanding the internal structure of a machine,and grasping the regular operating patterns in a micro way of a centrifugal compressor. Furthermore the paper offers some experience in analyzing and dealing with various failures emerged in the operation of a centrifugal compressor by means traditional inspecting and measuring methods together with advanced instruments and using scientific logical thinking methods.
