摘　　要：目的 :建立中药材中甲霜灵农药残留量的RP HPLC测定方法。方法 :用丙酮超声波提取 ,二氯甲烷液 液分配萃取 ,中性Al2 O3 色谱柱净化 ,采用YWG C18色谱柱 ( 2 5 0mm× 4 6mm ,5 μm) ,以乙腈 水 ( 4 0∶6 0 )为流动相 ,检测波长为 2 2 0nm ;进样量为 2 0 μl。 结果 :甲霜灵添加回收率为 91 6 %～ 97 9% ,RSD为 1 2 %～ 5 0 % ;最小检测量 (S/N =3)为 :3 6× 10 -10 g。结论 :本方法分离净化效果好 ,选择性强 ,灵敏度高 ,操作简便等。AIM: To determine the residues of Metalaxyl in Panax notoginseng (BurK ) F H Chen, Panax quinguefolium L , Paeonia lactiflora Pall and Angelica sinensis (Oliv ) Diels METHOD: The samples were extracted with acetone,and the purification of the pesticides was performed using a column(250 mm×15 mm)packed with 10 g Al 2 O 3 (containing 3 0% water) The RP HPLC was conducted with a YWG C 18 (250mm×4 6mm 5μm) column,acetonitrile water(40∶60) as mobile phase,220nm as detection wavelengths and injection volume was 20μl RESULT: The recoveries were 91 6%～97 9%,and RSDs were 1 2%～5 0% The detection limits(S/N=3) were 3 6×10 -10 g CONCLUSION:This method is sensitive,selectivie and easy to operate
