摘　　要：血脂代谢异常 ,主要表现为血中总胆固醇 (TC)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇 (LDL -C)及三酰甘油 (TG)水平过高和 /或高密度脂蛋白胆固醇 (HDL -C)水平过低。本文旨在探讨血脂异常与冠心病的发生展密切相关 ,通过综述近年来中医药改善冠心病血脂异常的研究进展 ,进一步揭示血脂异常的改善与冠心病进程、发病率与死亡率的相关性。Blood Lipid Metabolism Abnormity mostly indicated that the levels of total cholesterol(TC),LDL cholesterol,and triglyceride (TG) were higher than norm or HDL cholesterol was lower than norm.The article was to explore the relationship between blood lipid metabolism abnormity and coronary heart disease.To open out the relationship between reform of blood lipid abnormity and process,incidence rate and death rate in coronary heart disease patients.
