浅刺法治疗周围性面神经麻痹的临床分析

摘　　要：目的　观察浅刺法治疗周围性面神经麻痹的疗效。方法　对 4 5例周围性面神经麻痹采用浅刺法治疗 ,并与常规刺法进行对照研究。结果与结论　两组治疗后疗效比较 ,差异无显著意义 (P >0 .0 5 ) ,两组治疗后均取得满意疗效 (浅刺组总有效率为 93.3% ,常规组总有效率 95 .6 % ) ,但浅刺组出现的后遗症较常规组少。Purpose To investigate the curative effect of shallow puncture on peripheral facial paralysis.Method Forty five patients with peripheral facial paralysis were treated by shallow puncture, and the results were compared with those of conventional acupuncture as a control. Results and Conclusion A comparison of the effects between the two groups showed no significant difference ( P >0.05 ). Both groups obtained a satisfactory effect (the total effective rate was 93.3% in the shallow puncture group and 95.6% in the conventional acupuncture group). The sequela occurred less in shallow puncture group than in the conventional acupuncture group.
