摘　　要：目的　观察针灸配合牵引治疗腰椎间盘突出的临床疗效。方法　将 132例腰椎间盘突出症患者分为单节段突出组、多节段突出组 ,以牵引、针刺加艾灸、拔火罐综合治疗。结果　单节段组治愈率、有效率为 4 2 .7%、90 .3% ,多节段组治愈率、有效率为 2 4 %、80 %。结论　针灸配合牵引治疗腰椎间盘突出疗效显著 。Purpose To investigate the clinical effect of acupuncture and moxibustion plus traction for treatment of lumbar intervertebral disc prolapse or/and protrusion.Method One hundred and thirty two patients with lumbar intervertebral disc prolapse or/and protrusion were divided into a single segment group and a multiple segment group. Traction, acupuncture, moxibustion and cupping were used as a composite treatment.Results The cure rate and effective rate were 42.7% and 90.3%, respectively, in the single segment group and 24% and 80%, respectively, in the multiple segment group.Conclusion Acupuncture and moxibustion plus traction have a marked effect on lumbar intervertebral disc prolapse or/and protrusion. The effect was better in the single segment group than in the multiple segment group.
