摘　　要：综述了针灸治疗青光眼的临床和实验研究进展。临床研究以体针为主 ,其次还有耳针、灸法、梅花针及挑刺疗法。体针或取单穴观察 ,或循经取穴、辨证取穴、针药联合、毫针放液或手术联合针刺治疗等。实验研究以观察家兔实验性高眼压眼压变化及血流变为主。临床和实验研究均证实针灸治疗青光眼疗效确切 ,尤其对开角型青光眼疗效较好 ,各证型间无显著差异。取穴以经而论以足太阳膀胱经、足少阳胆经、足厥阴肝经为最多 ;A summary is made of progresses in clinical and experimental studies on acupuncture treatment of glaucoma. The clinical study dealt mainly with body acupuncture and also with ear acupuncture, moxibustion, plum blossom needle therapy and picking acupuncture. Body acupuncture involved single point selection, corresponding channel point selection, syndromic differentiation based point selection, combined acupuncture and medication, filiform needle tapping or operation in combination with acupuncture. The experimental study dealt mainly with the observation of changes in eye pressure and blood deformation and flow in rabbits with experimental high eye pressure. Both clinical and experimental studies proved that acupuncture treatment had an exact effect on glaucoma and especially a better effect on open angle glaucoma, and there was no significant difference in effect between different types of syndromes. With regard to channels, the Bladder Meridian of Fool Taiyang, the Gallbladder Meridian of Foot Shaoyang and the Liver Meridian of Fool Juyin were most often selected for point prescription; with regard to points, distant point Xingjian was more often selected than local point Jingming.
