摘  要:通过对mira等10个马铃薯品种的22个杂交组合无性一代的植株生长势等7个植株性状的群体遗传参数和配合力效应的研究,结果表明:晚疫病抗性的亲本加性遗传效应达90 6%;开花性、茎色分离、株高分离、株形分离等4个植株性状的亲本非加性遗传效应分别为72 3%、80 1%、81 5%、93 0%;植株生长势和花色分离的亲本加性和非加性效应均很重要,其加性效应分别为45 2%、47 9%,非加性遗传效应分别为54 8%、52 1%。两个亲本(至少有一个)一般配合力高的杂交组合后代的群体表现优于双亲具有一般配合力平均值的杂交组合;而双亲具有一般配合力平均值的杂交组合的群体表现优于双亲一般配合力都很低的杂交组合。根据亲本配合力可以有效预测杂交组合后代群体的遗传表现。A study was conducted on 22 crosses from 10 varieties including mira variety to evaluate 7 main characters of plant in the first clonal year potato crops.The results indicated additive genetic effects of parents for late blight were 90.6?%.Non-additive genetic effects of parents for flowering qualities,color separating of stems,separating of plant heights and types were 72.3?%,80.1?%,81.5?%,93.0?%,respectively.The non-additive genetic effects were more important than additive genetic effects in the progeny's inheritance.And both additive and non-additive genetic effects were found to have the same importance with a preponderance of the latter in the inheritance of plant vigor and color separating of flowers.Progeny means of crosses involving both or at least one parent with good general combining ability were,in general,higher than other cross combinations for various characters including plant vigor and late blight.Selection of parents based on their general combining ability and crossing them in all possible combinations to select the best single plant or true-seed potato crosses by progeny test would be a suitable breeding strategy for potato crops.
