摘  要:铝合金铸件在铸造过程中内部存在着疏松及气孔等缺陷,这些缺陷会影响零件的气密性和抗压性能,采取浸渗工艺可对其进行补漏,并能提高铸件的性能。本文阐述了浸渗技术的方法及其适用范围,介绍了浸渗剂与真空加压浸渗工艺,综述了汽车铝铸件浸渗技术的应用与发展。In the process of casting defaults, i.e. internal loose and gas holes exist in the aluminium alloy castings. The defaults in the aluminium alloy castings are likely to affect the airtightness and press resistance performance of the parts. The impregnation technology can be used for filling up the holes and improve casting performance. The method and applied scope of impregnation technology were described in this paper, penetrating agents and vacuum pressure penetrating process were introduced, the applications and development of impregnation technology for automobile castings of aluminium alloy were summarized.
