摘  要:对厂用抽汽后汽轮机回热汽流分布进行了精确的局部热平衡分析,提出了基于热平衡概念[1]的局部定量的分析方法;以汽轮机为对象,探讨了厂用抽汽与回热抽汽的差别。最后,以国产200MW机组暖风器用热为例,分析了抽汽参数、回水率及回水位置对经济性的影响。定量分析结果表明:为了改善常用抽汽的热量利用效果,可以从合理降低抽汽参数、提高回水率以及等(近)焓值回收疏水等几个方面加以考虑。Through extensive exploration of the change in steam flow distribution caused by the parameter variation, a new algorithm for local quantitative calculation is proposed in this paper. The difference between the extraction steam and the auxiliary steam is also discussed. In the following, taking the air heater system in 200MW unit as example, it is analyzed how the extraction parameters, rate of make-up water and the position where the make-up water is sent influenced on the thermal efficiency. The result shows that several approaches including lower the extraction parameter、 increasing the rate of make-up water and sending the make-up water to the place where the carrier there has the same amount of enthalpy can be applied to practice in order to make full use of these auxiliary energy.
