摘 要:随着经济的发展、技术的进步,电力工业的目标由满足基本的用电需求转移到满足多对象的能效、可靠性、市场竞争、燃料多样性、技术选择和环境保护等要求,用户对用能的可靠性、适时性、选择性、经济性的追求将使电力工业由传统的集中管理、中央调度的计划经济模式转向竞争的市场经济模式,分散能源将在未来的电力系统中发挥重要作用。根据某办公大楼的负荷特性,以及北京市电网供电的特点,采用技术经济分析方法,对分散能源方案进行成本分析,从用户侧能源费用管理的角度来说明在电力市场引入竞争机制的条件下分散能源的可行性。As development of the economy and technology, the electric industry moved from meeting a basic need for electricity to satisfying the multiple objectives of energy efficiency、reliability、customer choice, market competition, fuel diversity, technology choice and environmental protection. Customers' need for integrated, cost-effective, timely, and reliable shift form a vertically integrated, regulated system to competitive market structure, Distributed power resource could become one of the pillars of the future electric power system. In this paper according to the office building' electric demand profile and the characteristics of Beijing local electric network, using the cost-effective analysis, we calculate the costs of distributed power resource of offices building, form the view of customer bill management express the feasible of distributed power resource at a competitive electric market structure.
