摘  要:用二元酸和二元醇进行酯化缩聚,制得阳离子型聚酯乳液。所得乳液产品在中性条件下具有理想的施胶效果。同时研究了不同工艺条件对施胶效果的影响,并对聚酯施胶剂的作用机理进行了分析。This paper deals with a new sizing agent comprising a cationic polyester latex, which is the reaction product of dicarboxylic acid with glyceryl monostearate and N-methyl-diethanolamine. The reaction is divided into four steps of pre-polymerizing, chain-extending, neutralizing and emulsifying. The preliminary product or so-called prepolymer has terminal -COOH groups. The prepolymer is then reacted for chain-lengthening with an aliphatic monomeric diol containing a tertiary nitrogen atom which is convertible into an ammonium compound. The new cationic polyester is especially useful as sizing agents and shows good sizing properties at the neutral condition. The sizing mechanism is also analyzed.
