摘  要:在分析造纸厂黑液碱回收白泥成分的基础上,应用燃烧理论,对某电厂因进行白泥/煤粉在旋风炉内混烧引起的爆管泄漏事故进行了研究。结果表明,白泥/煤粉在旋风炉内混烧是黑液碱回收白泥资源化利用的方式之一,但需根据实际情况制定相应的技术方案,并对旋风炉局部进行防高温耐腐蚀处理。Based on combustion theory and the analysis of the composition of lime mud from causticization stage of chemical recovery plant of a mill using reed as raw material, the cause of a leaking accident happened in a cyclone furnace where pulverized coal and causticizing lime mud was used as a blended fuel was discussed. The author pointed out that although the use of pulverized coal and causticizing lime mud as blended fuel is beneficial to the lime mud recovery, cyclone furnace must be carefully conducted high-temperature anticorrosive treatment before the blended fuel is used.
