血清铁蛋白和β_2-微球蛋白的含量变化在心血管病中的临床价值

摘　　要：目的探讨人血清铁蛋白(SF)和β2-微球蛋白(β2-MG)在心血管疾病中含量变化及其在临床上的应用。方法用放射免疫分析(RIA)分别对44例冠心病,92例高血压患者的血清进行检测,并与100名健康人作对照。结果心血管病中冠心病、高血压患者血清中SF、β2-MG的含量均高于对照组,差异有显著性(P<0.01)。结论SF、β2-MG均参与了冠心病、高血压的发病机理过程,可作为心血管疾病进行疗效观察及预后的参考指标。Objective To discuss the level of β 2 -MG and SF in patients with cardiovascular disease.Method:RIA was used to detect the serum level of β 2 -MG and SF in44patients with coronary heart disease,92patients with hypertension and100healthy controls.Result The levels of SF,β 2 -MG in patient with coronary heart disease and hypertension were higher than those of controls(P<0.01).Conclusion SF andβ 2 -MG may take a part in the pathogenesis of coronary heart disease and hypertension,and can be re-gard as an index to assess the therapy effect and the progrosis.
