摘 要:介绍了Meta图的有关概念,对基于Meta图的离散制造业供应链的建模方法进行了阐述,提出了基于Meta图模型的供应链匹配能力定义和算法,分析了算法的复杂性,并给出了计算实例.最后,针对某种物料同时使用多家供应商的情况进行了算法修正.该方法可以在供应链组建或运行时,对影响供应链响应能力和产出能力的重要指标———供应链的匹配能力进行"事前"或"事后"定量分析和评价.此外,还可作为供应链其它性能测度(如可靠性、柔性等)的研究基础.The concept of Metagraph is introduced. A Metagraph_based supply chain modeling method for discrete manufacturing industry is illusrated. We define the matching capacity of supply chain, propose an algorithm to calculate this capacity and analyze the complexity of the algorithm. Then we give a case study with a set of computer manufacturing supply chains to validate our method. Finally we consider the situation that some kinds of material are provided by multi_suppliers simultaneously, and discuss a revision algorithm for it. The results can be used to quantitatively analyze the matching capacity of a supply chain, which is an important index for the responsibility and the productivity of a supply chain, before it has actually been constructed and during the process of its operation. In addition, the method can be used as a basis for evaluating other performances such as reliability and flexibility of a supply chain.
