摘 要:企业由于自身生产能力的限制,在实施大规模定制模式的时候,不可能对用户的需求进行一对一的满足.而只能针对已经存在的顾客的个性化需求,根据自身的生产能力和规模,以满足顾客的需求为目标,对生产进行合理的安排.论文将其归结为生产的指派问题,并将用户的需求和企业的产出量化,通过提出的一个模型给以解决.最后通过一个算例,得出该企业生产的合理安排,在实际中有一定的借鉴意义.Due to the limitations of productive capability of themselves, there is no way for manufacturing enterprises under mass customization(MC) to satisfy customers' demands one by one. They can only satisfy customers' demands by making their production more efficiently based on analyzing the existing demand of individual customer, enterprises' productive capability and sizes. In this paper, we classify it as a problem of production assignment and propose a linear programming model to solve the problem. In the model, we quantify customers' demand and enterprises' output. Further, we run the model through an example and give the optimized solution of how to arrange the production of the assumed enterprise in the example. At the end of the paper, the practical implication of the model is discussed.
