摘　　要：简析了磨球机改造前的状况和存在的问题,通过改进传动机构,提高磨球机线速度及刚性等,取得了良好的改造效果,提高了圆球产量和质量,降低了生产成本,为提高钢管质量奠定了基础。The situation and problems of the ball-grinder before modification are briefed. By modifying the drive system and increasing the linear speed and rigidity of the machine such results have been obtained as high-er production and quality of balls and lower operation cost, laying a foundation for further improvement of steel pipe quality.
